一 同年七月内藤豊前守様津川ニ而
御病気御逗留被成候間為御伺急
速出起罷越候様被 仰付候ニ付彼
地江罷越御用相済罷帰候
但豊前守様より白銀壱枚被下

御免被成之旨被 仰出候事
一 同八辰年三月御在国中掛り御
用出精相勤候ニ付御酒被下候事

現代語訳
春洞院様の御遺物として御花生一つ、御重を
下賜された。
一 同年七月、内藤豊前守様が津川で
御病気のため御逗留されている間、御伺いのため急
速に出立し赴くよう仰せ付けられたため、彼
地へ赴き御用を済ませて帰参した。
ただし豊前守様より白銀一枚を下賜
された。
一 同月、御家中の広い範囲で治療を行ったため、御番
を免除される旨仰せ出された。
一 同八辰年三月、御在国中の係り御
用に精勤したため御酒を下賜された。
一 同月 御参府に付き御供として勤
番のため登府した。
一 同年六月
良徳院様の御納戸払いの御紋付御羽
織一つを下賜された。
一 同年十月
良徳院様の御用で陣中勤務をしたため
内々に綿一把を下賜された。
英語訳
he was granted a flower vase and a set of stacked boxes as mementos from Shuntō-in-sama.
One In the seventh month of the same year, as Naitō Buzen-no-kami-sama was
staying in Tsugawa due to illness, he was ordered to depart
immediately to pay respects, so he went to that
place, completed his duties, and returned.
However, Buzen-no-kami-sama granted him one piece of silver.
One In the same month, because he provided treatment widely throughout the retainer households,
he was exempted from guard duty.
One In the eighth year of the Dragon (1748), third month, having worked diligently
on assigned duties while the lord was in residence in the domain, he was granted sake.
One In the same month, he went up to Edo for guard duty
as part of the lord's entourage for the sankin-kōtai journey.
One In the sixth month of the same year,
he was granted a crested haori jacket from
Ryōtoku-in-sama's wardrobe disposal.
One In the tenth month of the same year,
having served in Ryōtoku-in-sama's service during his duties,
he was privately granted one bundle of cotton.
