調合するよう仰せ付けられた。
一 同年閏七月、痔疾があるため三里
以上の遠方への御歩行での御出の際の御供は
免除される旨仰せ出された。
一 同年八月 御次女の治療をしたため
内々に金百疋を下賜された。
一 同年十月 御参府に付き御供として
立ち返り登府したところ、十日間逗留するよう
仰せ付けられ、同月二十六日に帰参した。
一 同年十二月、烏犀赤の調合を取り
計らうよう仰せ付けられた。
同十午年四月、勤番のため江戸表へ
登府した。
一 同年十月、当春以来御不快で
いらっしゃったところ、御丸薬なども差し上げ精勤

to compound Shingan, a miraculous medicine for smallpox.

he was exempted from accompanying on foot when the lord went out
to distant places three ri or more away.
One In the eighth month of the same year, having treated
the lord's second daughter, he was privately granted 100 hiki of gold.
One In the tenth month of the same year, as part of the entourage for sankin-kōtai,
he went up to Edo and was ordered to stay for ten days,
returning on the twenty-sixth day of the same month.
One In the twelfth month of the same year, he was ordered
to arrange the compounding of ushisaishaku (a medicinal ingredient).
In the tenth year of the Horse (1750), fourth month, he went up
to Edo for guard duty.
One In the tenth month of the same year, as the lord had been
unwell since spring, he presented pills and other medicines and worked diligently,
so as a reward he was privately granted 500 hiki of gold.
