一 同十酉年四月為勤番江戸表江
罷登翌戌四月罷下候
但此度より当分之間 一年詰
勤番被 仰付候ニ付直ニ詰越
勤番相勤候事
一 同年十一月重紀役場ニ候所精出相
勤懸り御用ニ付而ハ彼是別而致辛労
且先之務以来之物功旁格別之訳を
以只今迄御役料参拾石御加増ニ御
直被下置候事
一 同年閏十一月当四月為勤番江戸
表江罷登精出相勤候ニ付為御褒美
御小袖之代絹壱疋綿御流被下置

現代語訳
一 同十酉年四月 勤番のため江戸表へ赴き、翌戌四月に帰藩した
ただしこの度より当分の間、一年詰の勤番を仰せ付けられたことにより、直ちに詰越勤番を相勤めた事
一 同年十一月 重要な役場にあって精出して相勤め、懸り御用については彼是と別して辛労を致し、かつ先の務め以来の功労ともども格別の訳をもって、只今まで御役料三十石の御加増を御直に下し置かれた事
一 同年閏十一月 当四月勤番のため江戸表へ赴き精出して相勤めたことにつき、御褒美として御小袖の代として絹一疋綿御流を下し置かれた事
一 同年十二月 当夏中、欽文様御目見の御用が繁多であったところを精出して相勤めた段を仰せ出された事
一 同十一戌年三月 勤番中精出して滞りなく相勤めたことにつき、御褒美として御小袖の代として絹一疋綿御流を下し置かれた
英語訳
- Bunka 10, Year of the Rooster, 4th month: He went to Edo for guard duty service and returned in the 4th month of the following Year of the Dog. However, from this time he was appointed to one-year continuous guard duty for the time being, so he immediately performed extended guard duty service.
- Same year, 11th month: Being in an important office, he served diligently, and regarding his administrative duties, he worked with particular hardship on various matters. In consideration of his exceptional service both in his previous duties and accumulated merits, he was directly granted an additional thirty koku in official stipend up to the present time.
- Same year, intercalary 11th month: For going to Edo in the 4th month for guard duty and serving diligently, he was rewarded with one roll of silk and cotton batting as a substitute for a formal kimono.
- Same year, 12th month: It was announced that during the current summer, when there were many duties related to Lord Kinbun's audience ceremonies, he served diligently.
- Bunka 11, Year of the Dog, 3rd month: For serving diligently without delay during his guard duty, he was rewarded with one roll of silk and cotton batting as a substitute for a formal kimono.
