Additionally, for performing stone-related duties (ishi-goyō), he was granted soup and sake, and was privately given a portion of the bestowed rice cakes (minako-mochi) through Her Ladyship's thoughtfulness.
In the 10th month of the same year: For his service related to the bridal procession duties, having been stationed in Edo for several years and diligently performing various complex duties, he was granted one used kosode robe and five pieces of silver as a reward.
In the 2nd month of the 5th year: He was appointed as magistrate (bugyō) of the domain-controlled districts (go-kurairi-gun) at his current rank, and was granted a stipend of 90 koku for his official duties.
In the 12th month of the same year: Due to prolonged earthquake tremors in the Kanayama valley area that would not cease, repeated prayers were ordered at various local shrines (chinju), and he was appointed to serve as head priest (saishu). He therefore departed immediately for that location.
