澤明神の社において二夜三日の御祈禱を申し付けられ、社頭に参籠して御神式を済ませ帰参した。
一同五年午年七月
欽文様御事実編集御用を仰せ付けられた。
一同六年未年八月 越後御領所廻村のため御用で赴き、同十月に帰参した。
一同年十一月 同役の吉田半蔵と一同に御前に召し出され、御座之間において御領所の様子などを直接お尋ねになり、御尊慮の品々について仰せを承った。

At the shrine of Sawa Myōjin, he was ordered to conduct prayers for two nights and three days, staying overnight at the shrine grounds and completing the Shinto rituals before returning.
In the 7th month of the 5th year (Year of the Horse):
He was appointed to duties related to compiling the factual records of Lord Kinbun.
In the 8th month of the 6th year (Year of the Sheep): He departed on official business to inspect villages in the Echigo domain territories, returning in the 10th month of the same year.
In the 11th month of the same year: Together with his colleague Yoshida Hanzō, he was summoned before his lord and, in the formal audience chamber, was directly questioned about conditions in the domain territories and received instructions regarding matters of his lordship's concern.
