【右丁】
右は今まで平山であったところが尽山（森林資源が枯渇した状態）になったと聞いたため、今後は御留山に指定する。於かち（地名）と同様に心得ること。
右について今回改めて申し渡すので、木師郷五ヶ村の者たちならびに関係する村々に対し、心得違いのないよう申し渡すこと。
一、御高札の建て替えについては追って申し付けること。
右の趣旨について郡代中において申し渡され、心得として書面が送られてきた。
一、入野谷五ヶ村の山目付八人が任命された由、別帳に名前を記載した。

右について小林杦左衛門が御金方へ上納したと申し聞き、承知した。
一、右の上納金子について先だって申し聞いたこともあり、取り立ての件について申し聞いたところ、少しずつ納入していては御用のためにもならないため、御用番で御溜め置きになり、400～500匁ほどになった時に元締方へお渡しになれば目にも見えるであろう。この先御払山代金も出来次第、御溜め置きになるよう今回申し上げたところ、至極もっともな考えであるが

The aforementioned area, which had been designated as common forest (hira-yama), has reportedly become depleted forest (tsuki-yama), so it will henceforth be designated as restricted forest (o-tomeyama). This should be understood in the same manner as Okachi.
Regarding the above, since new instructions are being issued, they should be conveyed to the people of the five villages of Kishi-go and related villages so that there are no misunderstandings.
1. Regarding the replacement of official notice boards, further instructions will be given later.
The above matters were conveyed by the district magistrates, and a written notice was sent for reference.
1. Eight mountain inspectors have been appointed for the five villages of Irinodani, and their names are recorded in a separate register.

Regarding the above, it was reported and acknowledged that Kobayashi Sukezaemon submitted payment to the financial office.
1. Concerning the above treasury submission, there was previous discussion about collection methods. Since submitting small amounts gradually would not serve the government's purposes well, it would be better for the duty officer to accumulate the funds, and when they reach 400-500 monme, transfer them to the head office where they would be more visible. Going forward, as payments from forest disposal become available, they should also be accumulated in this manner. When this was proposed, it was considered a very reasonable approach, however...
