松木此度市原村勘兵衛物語被聞候ハ此義ハ
差止候事心易キ義ニ御座候市原村ニても毎度〳〵
制申候得共相止不申候村中ニ三人程盗候人御座候急度
とらへ出し候へと被仰付候へハ明日ニてもとらへ出し申候
此義ハ御会所ゟ村之内私ニても誰ニても被仰渡

年々借銀も増候てハ後々一向ニ相詰り候間能々
御相談候上格別之御勘略評儀之認等ひしと
被相止独弁ニて被仕廻御買上之物等も月払之
義ニ候間外々も御吟味之上御出入之町人随分と

一、保覚の説明によると、長ヶ崎北裏の市原村から松木を盗み取った件について、この度市原村の勘兵衛の話を聞いたところ、この件は差し止めることは容易なことであるという。市原村でも毎度制止しているが、止まない。村中に三人ほど盗みを働く者がいるので、きっと捕らえて差し出すよう仰せ付けられれば、明日にでも捕らえて差し出すとのこと。この件は御会所から村の内で、私的にでも誰にでも仰せ渡されれば、きっと参らないようにいたしますと申している。衆評では、結局のところ御聞き及びのことである。そうであるならば、年々少々の役料を出すことになるが、御ためになるので、今一度よく勘兵衛へ尋ねた上で、勘兵衛を社中へ招いて役料でも下し、山政道を御頼みになるのが良いと決定した。
