申す義甚だ不届き、達して願い候わば両郷とも殊の外難義になるべき候旨を申された故、その後又公事方役所へ三郷ともに呼ばれ、与惣兵衛が申されるには、両郷の者どもは何と了簡も付いたかとの旨を尋ねられた処、両郷の者ども申し上げるには、暫く御請けの儀御延引遊ばされ下さるべく候、罷り帰りとくと相談致し御請け申し上げるべき候旨申し上げた処、然らばいずれも能々志案を致し賀茂の了簡に従い候ようにすべき段を申し渡され帰る由である。
一、兵部世保、此度肥前介を申し上げる予定の処、俄かに八省の丞を申し上げた由、これにより内々にて評議所へ出し置かれた小折紙を取り替えられた。

一、今日徘徊花祭である。邦氏より招きに来る。《相客は茂季保土である。小豆餅、吸物、小付である》
一、未の刻過ぎ、会所学顕亭へ徘徊花祝義に罷り越した。参集は月番業久、世顕、保鹿代国清、延保、六役等である。《着座は社職上座、その外は年次である》
朝飯後沙汰人触れ有り、後刻会所亭において徘徊花の御祝義の御触れを申し入れられた。躍り今宮より番場まで帰り候節の時分の触れである。

[Continuing from previous] such complaints against the head office was extremely improper, and if they insisted on their petition, both villages would face extraordinary difficulties. Therefore, all three villages were again summoned to the civil affairs office, where Yosōbee asked whether the people of both villages had reached any understanding. The people of both villages replied that they requested a temporary postponement of acceptance, asking to return home for thorough consultation before giving their acceptance. They were then told that everyone should carefully consider and follow Kamo's judgment before returning home.
- Hyōbu Sebo was scheduled to petition for the position of Hizen-no-suke, but suddenly petitioned for Hasshō-no-jō instead. Accordingly, the small formal document that had been privately submitted to the council was replaced.

- After the hour of the Sheep, I went to the meeting hall Gakken-tei for the Haikai Flower celebration. After breakfast, the messengers made announcements, and later at the meeting hall, the announcement for the Haikai Flower celebration was made. This was the announcement for the time when the dancers would return from Imamiya to the performance ground.
