申処今日呼進候義ハ先達而小山郷中村郷ゟ及
出訴候義去年一社へ被下ケ候分水之義於一社中
段々被申渡候得共両郷共承引不致候段御届被成
候故此義ハ一旦下ケ候而ハ又格別ニ願候か御大法ニ
候故其段申渡候処当春相願候依之此間三郷共
召出し一通り承候処賀茂水役人ゟハ谷川之義故
是迄急度歩分とは無之目積りを以相応ニ分出し
申候と申両郷ゟハ正保年中社家代官之旧記ニも
有之鴨川ニ細木を居五歩候ニ分候由申候得とも
双方共当時証拠之無之義也第一井手水分之
義ハ外ゟ取捌致候而ハ偏因も有之事故近年者
本所地頭へ被付置候事故大法ニ候殊小山郷之高
六百石之所五百石余賀茂社領中村六百石之所
三百石余賀茂社領と候へハ過半神領ニ候右神領之
所賀茂社家中麁末可被致様無之義也其上
去ル延享年中水分出入之節於東御役所芦谷
