一早速小寄会出席神主正久業久世顕延保
保覚保土史顕等也
右演説之所一統珍重ニ思召也則明日五ツ時迄に
罷出候様ニと小山中村へ申遣し三郷役人共被召出
存寄御尋被成与惣兵衛物語之趣被申渡承知仕候ハヽ
承知判御取又ハ得心不致候へハ尚以之義何れの道

存寄相尋候処小山郷清兵衛久左衛門両人ハ成程奉畏候
残之面々松■院庄屋ニ而御座候今一度本所へ申上
其上御請可申上候暫日延之御願申上度由也依之
いつれも罷帰一郷へ為申聞得心仕候者ハ其通ニ御請
書相認得心不致分ハ小山郷之内誰々ハ御請難
仕由を書付八ツ時迄ニ持参可仕候旨申渡也
中村郷申候ハ此儀ハ此間御役所ニ而廿日迄日延之義

一礼を述べて帰郷した。
一、早速小寄会を開き、神主正久・業久・世顕・延保・保覚・保土・史顕等が出席した。
右の演説について一同が珍重に思われた。すなわち明日五つ時までに出向くようにと小山・中村へ申し遣わし、三郷役人たちを召し出し、考えを尋ねて与惣兵衛の話の趣旨を申し渡し、承知すれば承知の判を取り、または得心しなければ、なお以ての義について、いずれの道も早々御役所へ届け出る予定である。《割書：石伏魚の死んだ分、今夕吸物に申し付けられた》

一、今日五つ時に小山・中村両郷の役人を召し寄せたところ、小山郷から清兵衛・久左衛門その外五人、中村郷から年寄分二人・頭百姓二人、都合四人が本郷の水役人たちと共に出向いた。昨日与惣兵衛が申し渡した筋について申し聞かせ、考えを尋ねたところ、小山郷の清兵衛・久左衛門両人は「なるほど畏れ入りました」と言った。残りの面々は「松■院の庄屋でございます。今一度本所へ申し上げ、その上で承諾申し上げます。しばらく日延べのお願いを申し上げたい」とのことであった。これにより、いずれも帰って一郷へ申し聞かせ、得心した者はその通りに承諾書を作成し、得心しない分については小山郷の内の誰々は承諾し難い旨を書付にして八つ時までに持参するよう申し渡した。
