一美濃介願之事政右衛門徳右衛門甚之允重々不届之義候間
右三人被召出職中ゟ急度御申付可有之事
一常心院願候聖神寺畳之縁被取替候義御許容也

一塞川停山之触十手中へ可被申渡事
一くらま太兵衛以名代例もの預御世話候御礼申上候也

一摩利支天五幅三河守殿被申出同三幅豊前守

一造作方ゟ就被頼保土在今日東御役所へ造作絵図并
後証文一通持参草間安兵衛へ申入相渡候処
一時余相待其後四方田重之允被出願之通御免被
仰付候旨也依之後証文差出し退下夫ゟ草間氏
四方田氏へ一礼罷越西御役所へ参上御目付方へ申入
入江吉兵衛へ両通共相渡退下也帰郷八ツ半時也
一評議所ニ紀伊守詰合候故此段申通ル也
現代語訳
一、当月分のお払い銀子はおおむね有之候、来月分は全くありません。銀子の調達についての評議では、にわかに調達しようとしても難しいので、御蔵に残米があるはずですから、さらに年番中へご相談の上、先ず米でお払いになるのが良いでしょう。
一、評議所の薪の件について、入江の垣にも長尾崎にも有之候。さらに月番中がご見分の上、仰せ付けられるべき事。
一、美濃介の願いの件、政右衛門・徳右衛門・甚之允は重々不届きな義であるので、右三人を召し出して職中から厳しくお申し付けなされるべき事。
一、常心院が願っていた聖神寺の畳の縁を取り替える件についてご許容です。ついでに表を裏返して縁も取り替えるべきでしょう。
一、塞川停山の触れを十手中へ申し渡されるべき事。
一、鞍馬太兵衛が名代をもって例のものをお世話いただいたことへのお礼を申し上げました。
一、鞍馬惣年寄徳兵衛が右のお礼のために参上した件。
一、この間中、三郷水分の一件共、今日披露に及びました。
一、在所の河筋を堀られた件については、ご見分の上、仰せ付けられるべき事。
一、摩利支天五幅について、三河守殿から申し出があり、同じく三幅は豊前守から。
一、同じく二幅は雷守、一幅は大和介殿から申し出がありました。
一、造作方から依頼を受けて、保土在が今日東御役所へ造作絵図並びに後証文一通を持参して草間安兵衛へ申し入れて相渡したところ、一時余り相待ち、その後四方田重之允が出てきて、願いの通りご免を仰せ付けられた旨でした。これにより後証文を差し出して退下し、それから草間氏・四方田氏へ一礼に罷り越し、西御役所へ参上してお目付方へ申し入れ、入江吉兵衛へ両通共相渡して退下しました。帰郷は八つ半時でした。
一、評議所に紀伊守が詰め合っていたため、この段を申し通りました。

One: The silver for payment for the current month is largely available, but there is none at all for next month. Regarding the procurement of silver, the council determined that since it would be difficult to procure it suddenly, there should be remaining rice in the storehouse, and after consulting with the year-duty officials, it would be best to first make payment in rice.
One: Regarding the firewood for the council hall, there is some at the fence of Irie and also at Nagaosaki. The monthly duty officials should inspect it and then issue instructions.
One: Regarding the petition of Mino-no-suke: since Seiemon, Tokuemon, and Jinnosuke have been repeatedly improper in their conduct, these three should be summoned and strictly reprimanded by the officials.
One: The request from Jōshin-in to have the edging on the tatami mats of Shōjin-ji replaced has been approved. While they are at it, the mat surfaces should also be flipped over and the edging replaced.

He then went to pay his respects to Kusama and Yomotada, proceeded to the Western Office, informed the inspector's office, handed both copies to Irie Kichibei, and withdrew. He returned home at around the Hour of the Rooster (approximately 3 PM).
