現代語訳

陶器

瓶や甕は多く中国のものに似ている。その小さな違いは茶具と火炉の一、二種で、これを図示する。

釜

炊飯用の鍋類は皆鉄製のものがあり、製法もかなり中国と異なる。柄があるものや持ち手がある所もある。夏使（の著した）旧録には「多く螺の殻を用いて炊飯する」とあるが、今はそうではない。時折大きな螺の殻で茶を煮る者はいる。

Pottery

Bottles and jars mostly resemble those of China. The small differences are in one or two types of tea utensils and braziers, which are illustrated here.

Cauldrons

Cooking pots and vessels all have iron versions, and their manufacturing methods differ considerably from those of China. Some have handles and some have lifting points. The old records by the summer envoy state that "they mostly use conch shells for cooking," but this is no longer the case today. Occasionally there are those who brew tea in large conch shells.
