腫れ物などが発生して長期間治らず困難に及ぶものが多い。みだりに用いてはならない。
一角を禁する説《割書：附人魚骨人牙散》
馮子秘録に曰く、気血が弱いときは痘毒を制する力がなく、痘瘡が出るといっても
起脹せず灌膿しない。しかるに庸医や俗家は一般的に一角（イッカク）を用いることを好み、害
を招くとは愚かなことである。一角と人魚骨の二品はオランダ国より持参された物で、第一の解毒によろ
しいと言い伝えられている。しかも一角は角ではなく魚の牙である。角も牙もその性質は寒冷な
ものであって、特に寒涼の性質でなければ解毒の効果は少ない。今、痘の虚
実を分けずに一概に寒涼解毒を用いて、内は脾胃を破り元気を
損し、外は肌肉を傷つけて、自らその悪いということを知らない。私は世俗の一角

を用いるのを見るに、二三歳の小児に一度に二分三分程度を粉にして白湯で
与えることがある。およそ小児の腸胃は脆弱なものであって、たとえば濡れ紙のようである。一角を
細末にして用いるといってもざらざらして砂のようである。腹中に留まって消化
しなければ脾胃を敗り、痘症が虚寒に変じて震え歯ぎしりをなし、大便が
青色になるのを下して、ついに救うべからざることをいたすものが多い。もし熱毒が
盛んな症状には、鮫皮で磨り粉にして一匁程度を猪口に入れ、水でゆる
くといて熱湯の中にしばらく入れ置いて、その上澄み湯を与えるべきである。必ず過度に
用いることなかれ。虚症のものには必ず与えてはならない。また痘疹心印に人
牙は解毒の効果が甚だするものゆえ、虚弱の痘症に用いるときは後に
必ず斑爛して難治に及ぶものなり。みだりに用いてはならないといえり。慎むべ

According to Fengzi's Secret Records: When qi and blood are weak, there is no power to control smallpox toxin, and even though smallpox erupts,
there is no rising and swelling, no suppuration. However, mediocre doctors and common families generally prefer to use narwhal horn, inviting harm—
how foolish this is. The two items, narwhal horn and human fish bone, are brought from Holland and are said to be
excellent for detoxification. Moreover, the narwhal horn is not a horn but a fish's tusk. Both horns and tusks have cold
properties, and particularly without cold and cooling properties, the detoxification effect is minimal. Now, without distinguishing between excess and deficiency patterns in smallpox,
uniformly using cold and cooling detoxification medicines internally damages the spleen and stomach and harms vital qi,
externally injures the flesh, yet people do not realize this is wrong. I observe the common use of narwhal horn

and see that for children of two or three years old, two to three parts are powdered and given with hot water
at one time. Generally, children's intestines and stomach are fragile, like wet paper. Although narwhal horn is
ground into fine powder for use, it remains rough like sand. When it stays in the abdomen without being digested,
it damages the spleen and stomach, causing smallpox symptoms to transform into deficiency-cold patterns with shivering and teeth grinding, passing
blue-colored stools, ultimately leading to incurable conditions in many cases. If there are symptoms of vigorous heat toxin,
grind it with sharkskin into powder, put about one monme into a sake cup, mix gently with water,
place it in hot water for a while, then give the clear liquid on top. Never use
excessively. For deficiency pattern patients, it must never be given. Also, in the Smallpox Heart Seal, human
teeth have extremely strong detoxification effects, so when used for weak smallpox patients, they will
inevitably develop ulcerative lesions and become difficult to treat. It says not to use carelessly. One should be cautious
