方兼務を仰せ付けられ候

但し篠田七郎兵衛組に入り、御城御番を相勤め候事

一、寛文二寅年（1662年）二月、初番として江戸表へ罷り登り、同八月罷り下り候事

一、同九酉年（1669年）七月、渡部源五郎の屋敷を下し置かれ候事

一、貞享元子年（1684年）十二月、頭篠田七分一匁一匁一分跡の御役、一條田半左衛門組に罷り成り候事

一、元禄元辰年（1688年）三月、勤番として江戸表へ一夜中、同九月罷り下り候事

一、同六酉年（1693年）三月、年来油断無く御書を相勤め候段、奇特なる儀と思し召し候旨仰せ出され候事

一、同十二卯年（1699年）十一月、勤番として江戸表へ罷り登り、翌辰三月罷り下り候事
