口等宜設置候ニ付 御立退被遊候節
御滞無之御宿割入念宜相勤候段被
仰出候
但此之節氏家宿焼失之段まく
り宿ニ而承り杉戸駅近所迄早
追ニて罷下候於 御途中御刀番を以
御機嫌相伺候所 御前へ被 召出品々
奉蒙 御意粕壁 御休迄御供
仕候所御先へ罷越相勤候様被

一 同年八月 御上京ニ付 御道中

御下向之節ハ別而差懸り京都ゟ発足
仕候所無滞相勤候段被 仰出候事
一 同年十月 御下向ニ付御供仕罷下候

口等よく設置したにつき、御立退きになられた際
御滞りなく御宿割を入念によく相勤めた段を
仰せ出された
但しこの節氏家宿焼失の段をまぐ
り宿にて承り、杉戸駅近所まで早
急に罷り下った。御途中において御刀番をもって
御機嫌を相伺った所、御前へ召し出され品々
御意を蒙り、粕壁御休みまで御供
仕った所、御先へ罷り越し相勤めるよう
仰せ付けられた事

However, at this time, upon hearing at the relay station that Ujiie post town had burned down, [he] hurried down to near Sugito station. During the journey, [he] inquired after [the lord's] well-being through the sword attendant, whereupon [he] was summoned before [the lord] and received various instructions, and after accompanying [the lord] until the rest stop at Kasukabe, [he] was ordered to go ahead and serve
