一 同年六月、石澤太次右衛門が三崎御陣屋内の御長屋御普請につき出役したため、糺御用に差し支えが生じた。そのため糺御用に限り勤務するよう申し聞かせたところ、糺御用の方が本務であり、勤めなければ一貫して差し支えが生じるとのことであった。そのため糺御用の方を勤める必要はなく、郡奉行仮役にて三崎御普請御用を勤務するよう仰せつけられたこと
一 同年八月、郡奉行仮役を仰せつけ置かれていたところ、右の御用が済んだため、本務へ戻すよう仰せ聞かされたこと

一 同三（辰）年四月、三崎御長屋向御普請につき、郡奉行仮役として精を出して勤務した段を仰せ出されたこと
一 同年十二月、相州表の古復を仰せつけられ、御備場御用を免じられ引き払うよう仰せ出されたこと。これにつき翌（巳）五月、郎等を召し連れて会津へ帰参したこと
一 同四（巳）年八月、無役組を仰せつけられた。相州御備場において最初より引き通し多年勤労したことにつき、御褒美として御古麻御上下一具を下されること

- Same year, 6th month: When Ishizawa Tajiemon was dispatched for the construction work of the official quarters within Misaki magistrate's office, it interfered with the investigation duties (tadashi-goyō). Therefore, he was told to serve only in investigation duties. However, since investigation duties were his primary responsibility and not performing them would cause consistent problems, it was determined that he need not serve in investigation duties, and he was ordered to serve in the Misaki construction project as acting district magistrate.
- Same year, 8th month: While he had been appointed as acting district magistrate, since that duty was completed, he was told to return to his original duties.

- 3rd year (Year of the Dragon), 4th month: Regarding the construction of official quarters at Misaki, it was announced that he had worked diligently as acting district magistrate.
- Same year, 12th month: He was ordered to restore the old system in Sagami Province, was relieved of guard post duties, and was ordered to withdraw. Regarding this, in the following 5th month (Year of the Snake), he returned to Aizu bringing his retainers with him.
- 4th year (Year of the Snake), 8th month: He was appointed to the non-official group (mushaku-gumi). Since he had served continuously from the beginning at the Sagami guard post for many years and worked diligently, he was granted one set of old hemp formal wear (kamishimo) as a reward.
