一 貞享二丑年（1685年）四月、池上善兵衛の二男平太夫を婿養子にしたい旨を願い出て許可された事
一 同年八月、頭の原田主馬が役職を免じられ、後任として山崎左助組に所属することになった事
一 元禄四未年（1691年）閏八月、願い出の通り御代官兼務を免じられた事
一 同六酉年（1693年）九月、願い出の通り息子の平太夫に御番代を任命された事
一 同八亥年（1695年）二月三日、七十歳で病死。法名は孝翁先忠居士、葬所は同上
