御用蝋燭ニ相成候怔合之品も多出方相増候

生蠟の撰別・黙立等について、先だって見分のため支配勤めの石崎清之丞と相談した趣旨により精励して勤め、生掛御用蠟燭になる適合品も多く出荷が増加したことにより、御褒美として銀子二枚を下賜する旨を江戸において松平伊豆守様より仰せ渡された事
一 同六（午）年三月 密事御用のため江戸表へ上り、同六月に帰国した事
一 同七（未）年正月 去年中の南山免下げ並びに年賦伺いの件のため江戸表へ上り、首尾よく済ませ精励勤労したことにより、特別の理由で御褒美として

一 同八（申）年八月 伊藤権左衛門後家と伊藤八郎治の不和の件について穿鑿を公事所で行うにあたり差し障りがあったため、蔵入役所において樋口勘治に糺すよう申し聞かせたところ、先だってその筋で数年勤めた者であるため御雇いを仰せ付けられ、穿鑿御用を勤めた事
一 同月 伊藤権左衛門後家と伊藤八郎治一件について御穿鑿御雇いを仰せ付けられたところ、数日精励勤労し
