六百石無御相違被下置只今迄之

六百石を相違なく下し置かれ、今まで通り
御小姓を相勤めるよう仰せ付けられた事
一 同二年寅年八月、会津勝手を
仰せ付けられ、金二十両を下し置かれ引越して下った
事
一 同三年卯年五月、外様組付を
仰せ付けられ神保茂左衛門組へ入り、御城御番を
相勤めた事

一 同年七月、六太夫と改名したい旨を願い出て
許可された事
一 同四年辰年三月、御使番を
仰せ付けられた事
一 同年六月、溝口信濃守様が御在所へ
御通行されるにつき、坂下村へ御使として相勤め、御同人
様より時服二つを下し置かれた事
一 同年十月、勤番として江戸表へ
上り、翌年巳年四月の御下向につき御供として
