可相勤旨被 仰出御側近キ御用相

現代語訳
【右丁】
勤めることができる旨を仰せ出されたが、御側近くでの御用を勤めることは遠慮するようにと仰せ出された。
一 同年十月、御徒頭を仰せ付けられた。
一 同五（申）年四月、御参勤に付き御供として勤番のため江戸に上り、同九月に帰国した。
ただし帰国に際して、慣例の拝領物として御小袖一つを下し置かれた。
一 同九（子）年九月、勤番のため江戸表へ上った。
一 同年十二月、御称号御拝領をなされたことに

付き、見祢山御社、建福寺御霊前へ御告知し、
栄寿院様へ御使者を仰せ付けられ、同九日出立、同十二日下着、同十三日見祢山並びに建福寺での御告知を勤め、同十四日
栄寿院様への御使者を勤めたところ、女中長井を通じて御返答を仰せ出され、同十五日会津を出立、同十九日上着した。
ただし右の御使者を勤めたことにより、
栄寿院様より金三百疋を下し置かれた。

He was told he could perform his duties, but was instructed to refrain from serving in close attendance to the lord.
一 In the tenth month of the same year, he was appointed as commander of foot soldiers (o-ashigashira).
一 In the fourth month of the fifth year of Monkey (申), he went up to Edo as part of the lord's retinue for the sankin-kotai attendance duty and returned in the ninth month of the same year.
However, upon his return, he was granted one small sleeve garment (o-kosode) as a customary gift.
一 In the ninth month of the ninth year of Rat (子), he went up to Edo for guard duty.
一 In the twelfth month of the same year, regarding the bestowal of an honorary title,

he announced this at Mineyama Shrine and before the memorial altar at Kenfuku Temple,
and was appointed as an envoy to Eijuin-sama. He departed on the ninth day of the same month, arrived on the twelfth day, performed the announcement ceremony at Mineyama and Kenfuku Temple on the thirteenth day, and carried out his duties as envoy to Eijuin-sama on the fourteenth day. A response was given through the lady-in-waiting Nagai, and he departed Aizu on the fifteenth day and arrived back on the nineteenth day.
However, for carrying out these envoy duties,
he was granted 300 hiki of gold by Eijuin-sama.
