現代語訳

【右丁】
　　　　ただし今回二度出仕し一度獲物の鳥を拝領した。

一　同六年（寅年）四月、去る秋の追鳥狩の節に、足並み・進退・手回り等が良く整い、精励して良好な指図に及んだことを思し召しされるとの旨をお言葉として賜った。
　　　　ただし今回も毎度のように御称賛を賜った。

一　同七年（卯年）十二月、御預人である佐藤弾右衛門・唐木定右衛門の方より引き取り、翌日公事所へ引き渡した。

【左丁】
一　同八年（辰年）三月、組の者たちの取り扱いが良く、差配を行い武備を励んで精励したことにつき、御褒美として銀子三枚を下賜された。

一　同年十二月、預かりの足軽たちに去年・当年の弓銃の習練・陣の筋について労費を厭わず、あれこれと精励して世話をしたことにつき、御褒美として綿一把を下賜された。

一　同十一年（未年）十月、勤番のため江戸表へ上り、翌申年四月に帰国した。

　　　　However, on this occasion he attended twice and once received birds as hunting spoils.

1. In the 4th month of Kansei 6th year (Year of the Tiger), regarding the bird hunting expedition of the previous autumn, it was declared that his formation movements, advances and retreats, coordination, etc. were well-organized, and he showed diligence in providing excellent guidance.
　　　　However, on this occasion as well, he received praise as usual.

1. In the 12th month of Kansei 7th year (Year of the Rabbit), he received custody of prisoners from Sato Dan'emon and Karaki Sadaemon, and transferred them to the court office the following day.

1. In the 3rd month of Kansei 8th year (Year of the Dragon), for his excellent handling of his squad members, good command, encouragement of military preparedness, and diligent efforts, he was awarded three silver coins as a reward.

1. In the 12th month of the same year, for his diligent care of the assigned foot soldiers (ashigaru) in archery and firearms training and military formations for the past and current years, sparing no effort or expense in various matters, he was awarded one bundle of cotton as a reward.

1. In the 10th month of Kansei 11th year (Year of the Sheep), he went up to Edo for guard duty service and returned in the 4th month of the following year of the Monkey.
