御返書御渡有之 其節図書江御時服三拝領被 仰付
一 同月九日暑中ニ付御書を以例通御国産素麵干鯛被献之
一 同月十三日右同断ニ付 御機嫌為御伺御使者磯部杢左衛門
を以御肴一種被献之
但杢左衛門去三日御国表出立
一 同月十八日御家永老酒井玄蕃《割書：元｜知》隠居被 仰付倅典膳《割書：知｜房》江家

一 六月朔日 右同断の御使者本多図書（道重）が御城に罷り出たところ
御返書のお渡しがあった その節図書に御時服三つを拝領するよう仰せ付けられた
一 同月九日 暑中のため書状を以て例の通り御国産の素麺・干鯛を献上された
一 同月十三日 右同断のため 御機嫌伺いとして御使者磯部杢左衛門
を以て御肴一種を献上された

- On May 26th, as gratitude for the return to the domain, through the messenger Honda Zusho (Michishige), formal paper, kelp, dried sea bream, and sake barrels were presented as usual.
However, Zusho arrived in Edo yesterday on the 25th and presented a letter to Toda Yamashiro-no-kami, who was on duty.
- On June 1st, the same messenger Honda Zusho (Michishige) appeared at the castle and
was given a reply letter. At that time, Zusho was granted three sets of seasonal clothing.
- On the 9th of the same month, due to the summer heat, through a letter, local products of sōmen noodles and dried sea bream were presented as usual.
- On the 13th of the same month, for the same reason, to inquire after [the shogun's] well-being, through the messenger Isobe Mokuza'emon,
one type of fish was presented.
However, Mokuza'emon departed from the domain on the 3rd.
- On the 18th of the same month, the family's senior retainer Sakai Genba (Mototomo) was ordered to retire, and the family headship was [transferred] to his son Tenzen (Tomofusa).
