2月末日、御用番阿部豊後守正武殿からお呼び出しがあり、留守居村上三太夫正峰が出向いたところ、次の通りの書付一通をお渡しいただいた。

御領・私領の内で金銀銅山を見立てて掘らせること。
私領の内にある場合は、今後地頭が所務すること。また寺社領にある場合は、御料は御代官、私領は地頭に相談すること。以上
3月13日、今度お求めになった深川の牧野讃岐守英成殿の抱屋敷の引き渡しについて、留守居松原善左衛門矩成、屋敷奉行中村安右衛門正元が出向いて受け取った。
同月23日、御座所において、御勝手向きが不如意のため去る戌年から御家中の拝知並びに御宛行の内からお借りになっていたが、次の通りお免しになる旨を、諸月番へ家老酒井典膳知房が申し渡した。
「御勝手が不如意であるため、近年御家中の拝知並びに御擬作の内からお借りになっていた。しかし面々の勝手も難儀している様子をお聞きになり、ご苦労にお思いになったため、当寅年の暮れから借米の内、知行百石以上は半分をご返却、百石に満たない御擬作は
