の分は残らずお返しになる。百石以上も残らずお返しになりたいとのお考えであるが、お勝手が難しいことであるため、まず右の通りお命じになった。来年はお積もり次第、残らずお返しになるであろうから、そのように心得るべきである。以上

一、同日 家老酒井典膳知房宅において、高知の面々に、火消月番の火の見櫓に鉦を掛け置き、自然に出火の節には打つようにとお命じになった旨を、本多図書道重、芦田右衛門賢詮へ典膳が申し渡した。
一、同月二十九日 お国絵図・郡境の件について老中土屋相模守政直殿へ、留守居村上三太夫正峰が出向き、次の通りの口上書を持参して内意をうかがったところ、絵図御用掛の方へお伺いすべき旨のご指図があった。

Same day - At the residence of Chief Retainer Sakai Tenzen Tomofusa, it was ordered that the Takachi personnel should hang gongs on the fire watchtowers for the monthly fire brigade duty, to be struck in case of natural fires.
