公方様御機嫌為御伺御登城被成候処《割書：昨十日大目付中ゟ｜御廻達》 千代姫君様

狛杢真澄という御徒の者を使いとして申し遣わしたところ、その間に内記様・伊織様からも直接お入りいただくようにと上野まで御使者を遣わされたため、夕暮れ時過ぎに浅草御屋敷へお入りになった。
一 同日 右同様類焼の際
綱昌様・監物様・清姫様・豊姫様が御裏火除御土蔵へ避難されたため、
昌明様から御使者加賀藤左衛門成興を遣わして
綱昌様・清姫様・豊姫様には浅草御屋敷へお出になるよう、
監物様には松平大膳大夫綱広様の御下屋敷（青山）へお越しになるよう申し進められた。酒井輿三左衛門元宣は御屋敷に残って諸事を申し付けるよう仰せ付けられた。
一 同日 御用番小笠原佐渡守長重殿へ御使者御留守居を以て、東叡山へ御出馬されたが御別条なく鎮火に及んだため御引き取りになった旨、また御屋敷が類焼したため内匠頭昌平様御屋敷へ御移りになりお住まいされる段をお達しした。
一 十二月十一日 千代姫君様（尾張大納言光友様の御簾中）が御不快のため、公方様の御機嫌伺いとして御登城されたところ（昨十日大目付中から御回達があり）、千代姫君様御逝去の段が御老中から御達しがあり、それにより御退出をかけ

[The message] was sent through Koma Moku Masumi, a foot soldier (otoko), and meanwhile, messengers were sent as far as Ueno from Lord Naiki and Lord Iori requesting direct entry. Accordingly, [he] entered the Asakusa residence after dusk.
Same day: During the aforementioned fire incident,
Lords Tsunamasa, Kenmotsu, Princess Kiyohime, and Princess Toyohime took refuge in the rear fire-prevention storehouse.
Lord Masaaki sent messenger Kaga Tōzaemon Narioki with instructions:
Lords Tsunamasa, Princess Kiyohime, and Princess Toyohime were to proceed to the Asakusa residence,
Lord Kenmotsu was to go to Matsudaira Daizen-dayū Tsunahiro's lower residence (Aoyama). Sakai Yosanzaemon Motonobu was ordered to remain at the residence to oversee all affairs.
Same day: Through the deputy, a messenger was sent to Duty Councilor Ogasawara Sado-no-kami Nagashige reporting that [he] had ridden out to Mt. Tōei but there were no particular issues and the fire was extinguished, so [he] withdrew. Also reported was that due to the fire damage to the residence, [he] had moved to and was residing at Lord Takumi-no-kami Masahira's residence.
December 11th: Due to Princess Chiyohime's (consort of Owari Dainagon Mitsutomo) illness, [he] went to the castle to inquire after the Shogun's health.
