諍論之砌米納津村受納之地江両處村百姓稲不可植出
之旨申付候然処今般両村百姓申出候ハ米納津村之
者漁猟之地作毛致候由漁猟ハ各別耕作ハ為理不尽
之由訴之尤地ハ雖為両村之地え米納津村受所ニ而
年貢収来上ハ漁猟作毛無嫌可収之両村百姓不可及
異儀年貢之儀ハ御代官任差図可収納之仍為後証
絵図之面反歩記之引墨筋各加印判双方江下置之
条不可再犯者也

現代語訳
争論の際、米納津村が受納する地に両村の百姓は稲を植え出してはならない旨を申し付けた。しかし今回両村の百姓が申し出るには、米納津村の者が漁猟の地で作物を作っているとのこと。漁猟は別として、耕作は理不尽であると訴えた。もっともその地は両村の地であるとはいえ、米納津村の受所であって年貢を収めてきた以上は、漁猟・作物栽培を問わず収穫してよい。両村の百姓は異議を申し立ててはならない。年貢のことは御代官の指図に任せて収納すべきである。よって後の証拠のため、絵図の面に反歩を記し、境界線を引いて各々印判を加え、双方に下し置く。再び犯してはならない。

During the dispute, it was ordered that peasants from both villages must not plant rice on land received by Komenatsumura village. However, this time the peasants from both villages reported that people from Komenatsumura village were cultivating crops on fishing grounds. While fishing is acceptable, cultivation is unreasonable, they complained. Although the land belongs to both villages, since it is under Komenatsumura village's jurisdiction and taxes have been collected from it, they may harvest without distinction between fishing and crop cultivation. The peasants from both villages must not raise objections. Regarding taxes, they should be collected according to the magistrate's instructions. Therefore, as future evidence, the area measurements are recorded on the map, boundary lines are drawn, each party's seals are affixed, and copies are given to both sides. This must not be violated again.
