ニ而罷在候然其土屋相模守殿江右之段御物語申
候得者此通ニ而末語期之願相叶間敷候間逗留をも
致病気之段も月番御老中迄申達罷越候様

昨日者以御両所監物殿病気不快之趣委
細被仰下致承知候頃日段々之快様存候へハ致
仰天御即答不仕候此上者御思慮之通承届候
於只今者彼是茂御相談可仕儀候処延引之段
心外ニ罷成候此通被仰通可被下候以上

ということで控えておりましたところ、土屋相模守殿へ右の件をお話し申し上げましたところ、このままでは末期の願いは叶わないであろうから、逗留をして
病気の件も月番御老中まで申し達して参上するように
とのお言葉がございました。右の趣旨について御意を得るため、御両所
を通じてこのように申し上げます。以上
一 五月二十六日 右同様の件につき藤掛采女永次殿、西尾七兵衛殿がお越しになり、松平
大膳太夫綱広殿からの御返答の趣旨をお伝えいただいた

昨日は御両所を通じて監物殿の病気が思わしくない趣を詳しく
お聞かせいただき承知いたしました。このところ段々と快方に向かっているようなので驚き、
すぐにはお返事いたしませんでした。この上はお考えの通りに承り届けました。
今のところはあれこれとご相談すべき件がございますが、延引の件は
心外に思っております。この通りお伝えくださいませ。以上
