現代語訳
同姓監物の件ですが、三年以前から患っているところで、出仕
して勤務することができない病気でございます。その上、家督相続も
困難であると存じますので、いよいよ引きこもって控えているようにいたしたく願い
申し上げます。右の趣旨をよろしくお願い申し上げます。以上

Regarding the person of the same surname, Kenmotsu, who has been suffering from illness for three years or more, he is unable to attend court
and perform his duties due to this illness. Furthermore, as succession of the family headship
would be difficult, I wish that he may continue to remain in retirement and
stay withdrawn. I humbly request favorable consideration of this matter. The above.
