一 五月廿九日右同断之儀ニ付大岡美濃守《割書：忠｜高》殿ゟ左之通御書翰来
尚々大膳太夫殿願ニ候ハヽ其通被成
訳も能御座候之間呉々申上候様ニと
昨日者得尊意候其節被仰聞之趣今朝
相模守殿可申之条被得其意御尤ニ御座候
相模殿江罷越委細申達候処思召は其通ニ
御座候得とも大膳太夫殿願ニ御座候ハヽ
とかく御返シ被成可然候間其段申遣候様ニ
との儀ニ御座候尤御仲間ヘハ御語可有
旨ニ御座候拙者式なとも大膳太夫殿
御引取有度被仰候ハヽ其通被遊可然
奉存候
一 かり御養子被仰達候儀茂相模殿ヘ承候
処ニ何茂月番御老中ヘ被仰候事候間
左様可被成候由御さ候参を以右之趣
現代語訳
遣わし置きたい旨を先刻兵部大輔が申し聞かせられたけれども、
家督相続がない以上は松平大膳太夫が引き取りたいとの意向であるならば、
お返しになるのがもっともである。この由をお達しくださるように。以上

一 五月二十九日 右同様の件について大岡美濃守忠高殿から左の通りお手紙が来た
なおなお大膳太夫殿のお願いであるならばその通りになさる
わけも十分ございますので、くれぐれも申し上げるようにと
昨日はご尊意を得ました。その節おっしゃられた趣旨を今朝
相模守殿が申すはずですので、その意をお得になりもっともでございます。
相模殿のところへ参り詳細に申し達したところ、お考えはその通りで
ございますが、大膳太夫殿のお願いでございましたら、
とにかくお返しなさるのがよろしいので、その段を申し遣わすようにと
いうことでございます。もっとも御仲間へはお話があるはずの
旨でございます。拙者のような者でも大膳太夫殿が
お引き取りになりたいとおっしゃられるならば、その通りになさるのがよろしいと
存じます。
一 仮養子を仰せ達しになった件も相模殿へお聞きした
ところ、何事も月番御老中へ仰せになることでありますので、
そのようになさるべき由、御挨拶参りをもって右の趣旨を
