猶々昨日者御番之由被仰越候間
今朝申入候御城帰ニ御越被成
以手紙申入候昨朝大膳太夫方ゟ以使者申越

候者監物義今日願申上候間知セ申由申越候
拙者返事ニ者如何様ニも御心次第ニ候拙者
方ゟも存寄相模守殿ヘ申達候旨申遣候
拙者方ヘ先引取候事申越候者御内意之

申し上げるべきでございますが、当番でございますので、まず手紙を以て
申し上げます。なお直接お目にかかって申し上げるつもりでございます。以上

一 六月一日、右同様の件について大岡美濃守忠高殿へ左の通り仰せ遣わされた
なお昨日はご当番の由をおっしゃってこられましたので
今朝申し入れました。登城帰りにお越しください
手紙を以て申し入れます。昨朝大膳太夫方から使者を以て申してきました
ところ、なんとしても直接お会いして承りたく存じます。以上
ところ、監物のことについて今日願い出を申し上げましたので、お知らせ申すと申してきました
私の返事としては、どのようにでもお心次第でございます。私の
方からも考えを相模守殿へ申し伝えた旨を申し遣わしました
私の方へまず引き取ることを申してきた者は、ご内意の
ことでございますので、返事をするにあたって何かあるでしょうから
差し控え申すことと存じ、願い出を申し上げてどのようなご返
答があるか承りたく存じます。そのため、このように申し上げます。以上

一 右同様について大岡美濃守忠高殿から左の通りご返書が来た
なお今日登城帰りに参るようにおっしゃってこられましたが
やむを得ない用事がございます様子から、お見舞い申し上げるべく
御手紙拝見いたしました。昨朝大膳太夫殿から以て
上げました。以上

May 29th
1. June 1st, regarding the same matter mentioned above, the following was conveyed to Ōoka Mino-no-kami Tadataka:
Furthermore, yesterday you mentioned that you were on duty,
so I sent word this morning. Please visit after returning from the castle.
I am writing to inform you. Yesterday morning, a messenger came from Daizen-dayū's residence
saying that in any case, [he] wishes to meet face-to-face to hear [the matter]. The above.
The messenger said that regarding Kenmotsu's matter, [we] submitted a petition today, so [we] are informing you.
My reply was that it is entirely up to your discretion. From my
side as well, I sent word that [our] thoughts had been conveyed to Sagami-no-kami-dono.
The person who mentioned taking [him] back to my residence first, since this is a matter of
unofficial intention, there may be considerations in how to respond,
so I believe I should refrain from [commenting]. After submitting the petition, I wish to hear what kind of
response there will be. For this reason, I write thus. The above.
June 1st
1. Regarding the same matter above, the following reply letter came from Ōoka Mino-no-kami Tadataka:
Furthermore, you mentioned visiting today after returning from the castle,
but it appears there are unavoidable matters to attend to, so I should make a courtesy call.
I have respectfully read your letter. Yesterday morning, from Daizen-dayū-dono, [a message] was
submitted. The above.
