今度私儀在所江之御暇被下候同姓
監物病気ニ付相続難罷成候間其段
申上候就夫男子無御座候間若於在所相果
候ハヽ同姓内匠頭弟伊織歳十九ニ罷成候
致召出如何様ニも遺跡被仰付被下候様ニ

但右同断ニ付夕方も御留守居村上三太夫被指出之

お願い書をお差し出しになった
今回私が領地への暇をいただきました同姓の
監物が病気のため相続が困難な状況になりましたので、その件を
申し上げます。それについて男子がおりませんので、もし領地で亡くなった
場合には、同姓の内匠頭の弟である伊織（十九歳になります）を
召し出して、どのような形でも遺跡（家督）をお命じいただきますよう
お願い申し上げます。以上

御用番阿部豊後守正武殿の側御用人へ使者として御留守居の堀
十兵衛久律を派遣した

A petition was submitted:
"This time, regarding my request for leave to return to my domain, my relative
Kenmotsu has fallen ill and succession has become difficult, so I report this matter.
Concerning this, as there are no male heirs, if he should pass away in the domain,
I humbly request that his relative, Takumi-no-kami's younger brother Iori, who is nineteen years old,
be summoned and granted inheritance of the estate in whatever manner
you deem appropriate. The above."

1. June 7th, regarding the death of Owari Chūnagon Tsunamakoto-sama (on the 5th), to inquire after [the shogun's] well-being,
[he] sent as messenger to the side attendant of the duty officer Abe Bungo-no-kami Masatake-dono, the rusuii (caretaker official) Hori
Jūbei Hisanori.
However, regarding the same matter, in the evening he also sent rusuii Murakami Santayū.
