一、寛政元酉年（1789年）五月、元より御鷹部屋屋敷を下し置かれ候事。
一、同年十月、頭・原田五郎右衛門御役を召し放たれ候につき、跡御役、横山瀧右衛門組に罷り成り候事。
一、同三亥年（1791年）十二月、願いの通り、忰・東太郎、御番代を仰せ付けられ候事。
一、同七卯年（1795年）三月、願いの通り、隠居を仰せ付けられ候事。
一、文化元子年（1804年）七月二日、七十五歳にて病死。法名は全了院鉄心寿石居士。葬所は江戸渋谷長谷寺。

One: In the fifth month of Kansei 1, Year of the Rooster (1789), he was granted the falconry house (*o-taka beya*) residence, as had previously been the case.
One: In the tenth month of the same year, upon the dismissal of his unit commander (*kashira*) Harada Gorōemon from his post, he was transferred to the unit of Yokoyama Takiemon as his new assignment.
One: In the twelfth month of the third year of the same era, Year of the Boar (Kansei 3, 1791), in accordance with his petition, his son Tōtarō was appointed to serve as his guard duty replacement (*go-bandai*).
One: In the third month of the seventh year of the same era, Year of the Rabbit (Kansei 7, 1795), in accordance with his petition, he was granted permission to retire (*inkyo*).
One: On the second day of the seventh month of Bunka 1, Year of the Rat (1804), he died of illness at the age of seventy-five. His posthumous Buddhist name was Zenryōin Tesshin Juseiki-koji. Place of burial: Chōkokuji Temple (*Hasé-dera*) in Shibuya, Edo.
