思し召しをもって金七百疋を下し置かれ候事。
一、同五丑年（1793年）二月、老女を仰せ付けられ、御役料金一両を下し置かれ候事。
一、文化二丑年（1805年）十一月、恭定様御逝去遊ばされ候につき、御暇を下され、これまで下し置かれ候御擬作を召し上げられ、三人扶持を下し置かれ候事。
一、文政六未年（1823年）十一月二十三日、七十六才にて病死。法名・得証院智光妙識大姉。葬所は同上。

One: In the second month of the fifth year of the same era, Year of the Ox (Kansei 5, 1793), she was appointed as *rōjo* (chief lady-in-waiting), and was granted one ryō as a position stipend (*yakuryō*).
One: In the eleventh month of Bunka 2, Year of the Ox (1805), upon the passing of Lord/Lady Kyōtei, she was granted leave of service (*o-hima*); the *gigi-saku* stipend that had previously been granted to her was revoked, and she was instead granted a stipend for three persons (*sannin-fuchi*).
One: On the twenty-third day of the eleventh month of Bunsei 6, Year of the Sheep (1823), she died of illness at the age of seventy-six. Her posthumous Buddhist name (*hōmyō*) was Tokushōin Chikō Myōshiki Daishi. Place of burial: same as above.
