英語訳
Item: In the 10th month of the 11th year of the same era, the Year of the Horse (1726), his son Tōsuke was appointed as a guard replacement (oban-dai). He served until the 6th month, at which point he died of illness. Accordingly, the second son Saigū was, as requested, appointed as heir (chakushi) and assigned as guard replacement (oban-dai).
Note: Although the above is recorded as such in the genealogical document (yuraisho), it appears that in actuality, when he was relieved of his duties in Kyōhō 9 (1724), Tōsuke was directly appointed as guard replacement and served in the tozama-gumitsuke (outside retainer unit). He died of illness in the 6th month of the 11th year of the same era (1726), upon which the second son Saigū was at that time appointed as heir (chakushi), as can be seen from the record.

[Daughter] Wife of Higuchi Jūemon Mitsuo
Mother: same as above.
Tōsuke Mitsunobu
Mother: adopted daughter of the Higuchi clan.
Item: In the 8th month of Kyōhō 2, the Year of the Rooster (1717), as his parent requested, he was granted his first audience (o-omemie) with the domain lord.
