現代語訳
一、元禄八亥年（1695年）〔月不詳〕、親（父）が病気の節、御兵器方の代役を仰せ付けられ候事。
一、同十一寅年（1698年）二月、親（父）の御擬作二十五石二斗のうち、十五石二人扶持を下し置かれ、御徒（おかち）に召し出され候事。
一、享保元申年（1716年）三月、壱人扶持の御加増を下し置かれ、御徒目付を仰せ付けられ候事。
一、元文元辰年（1736年）〔月不詳〕、独礼を仰せ付けられ候事。
一、寛保元酉年（1741年）正月、願いの通り、擬作を召し上げられ候事。

One entry: Same era, 11th year, Year of the Tiger (1698), second month — Out of his father's stipend of 25 koku and 2 to (gigi-saku), he was granted 15 koku and provisions for two persons, and was summoned into service as an o-kachi (foot soldier/infantry retainer).
One entry: Kyōhō 1, Year of the Monkey (1716), third month — He was granted an additional stipend of one person's provisions (ichi-nin fuchi), and was appointed to the post of o-kachi metsuke (inspector/overseer of the foot soldiers).
