一、同年（文化三寅年・1806年）、会津へ罷り下るべく候ところ、去る丑年（文化二年・1805年）に蝋燭御蔵・御貸装束御蔵の年番を相勤め御勘定を相遂げ候につき、御用懸りとして罷り在り候内、同七月御勘定所小役人仮役を仰せ付けられ、卯三月中まで引き通し相勤め候事。
一、同四卯年（文化四年・1807年）七月、御広式御徒目付当座仮役を仰せ付けられ、同八月中まで相勤め候事。
一、同五辰年（文化五年・1808年）六月、和漢の兵書・律書の写し、并びに御用所旧記の写しを仰せ付けられ、翌巳年（文化六年・1809年）正月中まで相勤め候事。
一、同六巳年（文化六年・1809年）正月、御金払役人当座仮役を仰せ付けられ候事。

Item: In that same year (Bunka 3, year of the Tiger, 1806), he was due to proceed down to Aizu; however, since he had served as the annual duty officer (*nenban*) for the candle storehouse (*rōsoku go-kura*) and the costume loan storehouse (*o-kashi-shōzoku go-kura*) in the preceding year of the Ox (Bunka 2, 1805) and had completed the associated accounting (*go-kanjō*), he remained in place as an official-in-charge (*go-yō-gakari*). During this time, in the seventh month of that year, he was provisionally appointed to the position of minor official (*ko-yakunin kari-yaku*) of the Accounts Office (*go-kanjō-sho*), continuing in this role through to the third month of the year of the Rabbit [i.e., Bunka 4, 1807].
Item: In the seventh month of the same [Bunka] 4, year of the Rabbit (1807), he was provisionally appointed to the position of *o-hiroshiki o-kachi metsuke* (Foot Inspector of the Grand Ceremonial Office) on a temporary basis (*tōza kari-yaku*), serving through to the eighth month of the same year.
Item: In the sixth month of the same [Bunka] 5, year of the Dragon (1808), he was tasked with copying Japanese and Chinese military treatises (*heisho*) and legal codes (*ritsusho*), as well as copying old records of the administrative office (*go-yōsho kyūki*), continuing in this task through to the first month of the following year of the Snake (Bunka 6, 1809).
Item: In the first month of the same [Bunka] 6, year of the Snake (1809), he was provisionally appointed on a temporary basis (*tōza kari-yaku*) as a treasury disbursement officer (*o-kane-harai yakunin*).
Item: In the sixth month of the same year, he was appointed as a permanent Edo-based treasury disbursement officer (*Edo jōzume o-kane-harai yakunin*). In terms of seniority (*seki*), he was placed above Andō Etsu-no-suke, who held the positions of *aratame-yaku* (inspection officer), *bugu yakunin* (armaments officer), and *kinsen ukeharai ginmi-yaku* (monetary receipts and payments auditor), ranking just below the *aratame-yaku* position.
