但し、この後、毎度御称美を下された。
一、文化五年辰年正月、蝦夷地警固の御用を仰せ付けられたことにより、御目見の上、御暇を下され、小弐院にて御流（御料理）を下し置かれた。
一、同月、右の御用のため当地を出発し、蝦夷地宗谷へ罷り越し、その後リイシリへ移り、戍衛（守備）を致した。
一、同年八月、御用が相済み、彼の地を出帆し帰陣した。
一、同年十二月、右の御用にて海陸の往来をはじめ、彼の地において数日勤労を致し、滞りなく帰陣したことにより、御料理を下し置かれた。
一、同六年巳年八月、蝦夷地警固の御用を相勤め、勤労したことにより、時服一を下し置かれた。
一、同九年申年十二月、三ノ丸教場ならびに本郷原における合隊稽古の仕法が当春より改められ、手始めに当たるところ、列伍・足並み等が揃い出精した故の儀と思し召されたる旨、組一同御称美を下された。

1. In the 1st month of Bunka 5 (1808), the Year of the Dragon, having been appointed to duty for the defense of Ezo (Hokkaido), he was granted a formal audience with the lord, given leave of absence, and was also bestowed a meal (御流) at the Shōni-in.
1. In the same month, he departed from this place for the said duty, traveled to Sōya in Ezo, and subsequently relocated to Rishiri, where he performed garrison duties.
1. In the 8th month of the same year, his assigned duty having been completed, he set sail from that location and returned to his post.
1. In the 12th month of the same year, on account of the said duty — which involved travel by both sea and land — and having diligently carried out his service for several days in that region, returning without any difficulties, he was bestowed a formal meal (御料理).
1. In the 8th month of Bunka 6 (1809), the Year of the Snake, having fulfilled his duties in the defense of Ezo with diligence, he was bestowed one set of seasonal clothing (時服).
1. In the 12th month of Bunka 9 (1812), the Year of the Monkey, as the methods for joint unit drills at the Sannomaru training ground and at Hongōhara had been reformed from that spring, and as this was the inaugural occasion, the unit's formation and marching steps were well-ordered and executed with diligence, which was recognized and commended; accordingly, the entire unit received commendation.
