（前ページより続く）儀、列伍・足並み等、滞りなく年々よく揃い出精したことにより、御酒を下し置く旨、仰せ出された。
一、同十四年丑年十月、操練に出精よく励んだことにより、御褒美として新作の槍一穂を下し置かれた。
一、文政六年未年四月、願いの通り、倅・源吉の御番代を仰せ付けられた。

(Continued from previous page) — the formation and marching steps were well-ordered year after year without any difficulties, and the men trained with diligence; accordingly, it was proclaimed that sake (御酒) would be bestowed upon them.
1. In the 10th month of Bunka 14 (1817), the Year of the Ox, having trained with exemplary diligence in military drills, he was bestowed one newly-made spear as a reward (御褒美).
1. In the 4th month of Bunsei 6 (1823), the Year of the Sheep, in accordance with his petition, his son Genkichi was appointed as his replacement in guard duty (御番代).
