生米（なまごめ）壁（かべ）つち。土器（かはらけ）。けし炭（すみ）など食（く）ふ児（こ）は弐三／貼（ぶく）にて治（ぢ）す
痩（やせ）おとろへ額（ひたゐ）に青筋（あをすぢ）いで頭（かしら）大きなる児（こ）にとり分（わけ）よし

○脾胃虚の諸症状・疳の概要
生米、壁土、土器、消し炭などを食べる子供は二、三服で治る
痩せ衰えて額に青筋が出て頭が大きな子供に特によい
頭にかぶとを着けたような瘡に常々用いれば完全に治る
寝入って鼻がつまるか、あるいは歯ぎしりして手足をびくつかせる子供によい
顔色が悪く夜泣きし、物音に驚いて気が短い子供にはすぐに効く
疳で常々熱を出してびくびくして泣いている子供には特によい
腹に塊があって胸先に差し込み、目を見つめる子供に非常によい
右の五臓の区別があるといっても、多くは脾虚して瘀血が増し、疳の虫を生ずるに至るのである。よくよく考えるべきである。
○癖積（虫起こり） 癖虫とも言う 【付録】大人の久瘧
この疳は腹に塊があって寒熱が往来し、大人の瘧に似ている。俗に虫起こりという。薬王円の丸薬を小柴胡湯の煎じ汁で用いるべきである。明らかに治る。
小柴胡湯の処方 柴胡八分 黄芩五分 人参二分
甘草一分 半夏三分 大棗三分
右六味に生姜一片を入れて常の如く煎じ、一日に一服ずつ、薬王円丸薬二服ずつを併用すべきである。
大人の瘧が半年も一年も長く治らないものに右の通り用いて

○ Various Symptoms of Spleen-Stomach Deficiency and Overview of Parasitic Conditions
Children who eat raw rice, wall clay, earthenware, or charcoal can be cured with two or three doses
Particularly good for thin, weakened children with blue veins protruding on their foreheads and large heads
For sores that look like wearing a helmet on the head, regular use will cure them completely
Good for children whose noses get blocked when sleeping, or who grind their teeth and twitch their limbs
For children with poor complexion who cry at night, are startled by sounds, and have short tempers, it works immediately
Especially good for children with parasitic conditions who constantly have fever, tremble, and cry
Extremely good for children who have masses in their abdomen with stabbing pains in the chest and staring eyes
Although there are distinctions among the five organs mentioned above, in most cases spleen deficiency increases stagnant blood, leading to the generation of parasitic worms. This should be carefully considered.
○ Periodic Accumulation (Insect Fever) - Also called Persistent Worms [Appendix] Adult Chronic Malaria
This parasitic condition involves masses in the abdomen with alternating chills and fever, resembling adult malaria. Commonly called "insect fever." Medicine King Pills should be used with the decoction of Minor Bupleurum Decoction. It clearly cures the condition.
Minor Bupleurum Decoction Formula: Bupleurum 8 parts, Scutellaria 5 parts, Ginseng 2 parts
Licorice 1 part, Pinellia 3 parts, Jujube 3 parts
To the above six ingredients, add one slice of fresh ginger and decoct as usual. Take one dose per day, using two doses of Medicine King Pills concurrently.
