〇肝疳（かんかん）の虫 驚風（きやうふう）ともいふ
此疳（このかん）は食物（しよくもつ）の不慎（ふつゝしみ）より。脾胃（ひゐ）虚（きよ）して。瘀血（おけつ）心肝（しんかん）の二／臓（ざう）にせめ入（い）り。
肝胆（かんたん）不足（ふそく）し神心（しん〴〵）さだまらず。少（すこ）しの事も恐（おそ）れ。びくつく也。目（め）をひきつけ
手足（てあし）をびくつかせ率死（そつし）するを急驚風（きうきやうふう）といふ。ゆるかせなるを漫驚風（まんきやうふう）と
いひ。至（いたつ）て火急（くはきう）なる病（やまひ）なり。此症に薬王円（やくわうゑん）を用（もち）ひ。あらば。一ふくにて
引（ひき）つけを治（ち）すること請合（うけあひ）なり。続（つゝひ）て用ひあらば。一生（いつしやう）根（ね）を切（き）る。ゆだんするに
於（おゐ）ては。五日め十日めにおこるを癲癇（てんかん）といふ。これにいたらば治（ち）すること
あたはず。用ゆべからず

此疳は鼻（はな）のした赤（あか）くたゞれ。或（あるひ）ははなをせゝり。涕（はな）多（おほ）く出（いづ）るをいふ
この症（むし）は脾胃（ひゐ）虚（きよ）より。肺（はい）不足（ふそく）して発（おこ）る疾（やまひ）なるゆゑ。此 薬王円（やくわうゑん）
二廻り用（もち）ひて奇妙（きめう）に治す

○ 腎疳（じんかん）の虫 背虫（せむし）ともいふ
これ胎毒（たいどく）腎（じん）にしづむこと多（おほ）きゆゑ。骨髄（こつずゐ）にむしを生（しやう）
じ。背（せ）ぼねの節（ふし）を食（しよく）して。屈曲（いがむ）なり。此／虫（むし）はすこし曲（いか）む
うちに。此薬をもちゆれば治（ぢ）す。しかれども背（せ）肩（かた）小児（やゝこ）を負（おひ）
たるごとくまがりたる骨（ほね）はのびざるなり
現代語訳
○肝疳の虫 驚風ともいう
この疳は食べ物の不注意により、脾胃が弱くなって、瘀血が心肝の二臓に攻め入り、肝胆が不足して精神が安定しない。少しのことも恐れ、びくつく。目をひきつらせ、手足をびくつかせて急死するものを急驚風という。緩やかなものを慢驚風といい、非常に緊急を要する病気である。この症状に薬王円を用いれば、一服でひきつけを治すことを請け合う。続けて用いれば、一生根本から治る。油断すると、五日目、十日目に起こるものを癲癇という。ここまで進行すると治すことはできず、薬を用いてはならない。
○心疳の虫 言遅ともいう（ものを言うことが遅い虫である）
この疳は驚風の後に発症する心の臓の病気で、七、八歳になっても舌が回らない。多くは知恵が遅れている者である。この虫に私の薬を数十人に用いて試してみたが、少しも効果がない。よって用いてはならない。
○肺疳の虫 散気ともいう（鼻の下が赤い虫である）
この疳は鼻の下が赤くただれ、あるいは鼻をほじり、鼻汁が多く出ることをいう。この症状は脾胃の虚弱により、肺が不足して発症する病気なので、この薬王円を二回り用いて見事に治す。
○腎疳の虫 背虫ともいう
これは胎毒が腎に沈むことが多いため、骨髄に虫を生じ、背骨の節を食って、曲がってしまう。この虫は少し曲がり始めたうちに、この薬を用いれば治る。しかし背中が肩に小児を負ったように曲がった骨は伸びることはない。

○ Liver Parasitic Worms - Also called Convulsive Wind
This parasitic condition arises from dietary carelessness, causing the spleen and stomach to weaken, with stagnant blood attacking the two organs of heart and liver. The liver and gallbladder become deficient and the spirit becomes unstable. The child fears even small things and becomes jumpy. They pull their eyes, make their limbs twitch, and die suddenly - this is called acute convulsive wind. The gradual type is called chronic convulsive wind, and it is an extremely urgent disease. If Medicine King Pills are used for this condition, one dose will guarantee a cure for convulsions. If used continuously, it will cut the root for life. If neglected, what occurs on the fifth or tenth day is called epilepsy. Once it reaches this stage, it cannot be cured and medicine should not be used.
○ Heart Parasitic Worms - Also called Speech Delay (worms that cause delayed speech)
This parasitic condition is a heart organ disorder that develops after convulsive wind, where even at seven or eight years old the tongue does not move properly. Most cases involve children with delayed intelligence. I have tried my medicine on dozens of people with this worm, but there was no effect whatsoever. Therefore, it should not be used.
○ Lung Parasitic Worms - Also called Dispersed Energy (worms that cause redness under the nose)
This parasitic condition refers to red inflammation under the nose, or nose picking, with excessive nasal discharge. Since this condition is a disease that arises from lung deficiency due to spleen and stomach weakness, using these Medicine King Pills for two rounds cures it marvelously.
○ Kidney Parasitic Worms - Also called Hunchback Worms
This occurs because fetal toxins often settle in the kidneys, generating worms in the bone marrow that eat the vertebral joints, causing curvature. If this medicine is used while the worm is only slightly bending the spine, it can be cured. However, bones that have curved like a child carrying another child on their back cannot be straightened.
