一、寛保三亥年（1743）十一月、十五石三人扶持を下し置かれ、御祐筆として召し出された件。

母は望月氏の女（娘）
妻は有賀岡右衛門満綿の女（娘）《文政三辰年（1820）五月五日、七十七歳にて病死。法名は真性院賢宝操因大姉。導師は祥雲山善龍寺。葬所は大窪山。》
一、寛保三亥年（1743）十一月、親の願いの通り、初めての御目見を仰せ付けられた件。

One item: In the 11th month of the 3rd year of Kanpō (1743), the year of the Boar, he was granted a stipend of fifteen koku and three-person allowance (sannin-fuchi), and was summoned to serve as a secretary (oyuhitsu).
Kyūzaemon (4th generation) Mitsuhisa 《First name: Kyūkichi｜Born in the 14th year of Kyōhō (1729), the year of the Rooster》
Mother: daughter of the Mochizuki clan
Wife: daughter of Aga Okaemon Mitsuwata 《On the 5th day of the 5th month of the 3rd year of Bunsei (1820), the year of the Dragon, she died of illness at the age of seventy-seven. Her posthumous Buddhist name was Shinshōin Kenhōsōin Daishi. The officiating priest was from Shōunizan Zenryūji temple. Her place of burial is Ōkuboyama.》
