現代語訳
実父は佐藤平左衛門孝廷の三男。
妻は養父・久左衛門光央の娘（初めは八重、また八重野とも称す。明和五子年（1768）八月二十六日誕生。）
一、享和三亥年（1803）七月五日、並の御切符をもって、御出生様（姫君）の御附・御次女中として召し出され、同年八月二日、御城へ罷り出で、同八日、貞昭様へ御目見を仰せ付けられた件。
一、同年九月、欽文様がご誕生遊ばされ、その夜よりご奉公仕った件。
一、同月、御七夜のお祝いとして、貞昭様より御肴代金二百疋、寿鳳様よりも御肴代を下し置かれた件。
一、文化元子年（1804）三月、御宮参りに遊ばされ、豊岡御社へ御参拝の節、お供仕り、右御祝儀の御肴代（を賜った件。）
英語訳
His biological father was the third son of Satō Heizaemon Takaniwa.
His wife was the daughter of his adoptive father Kuzaemon Mitsuhisa (known in earlier life as Yae, and later as Yaeno; born on the 26th day of the 8th month of the 5th year of Meiwa (1768), the year of the Rat).
One item: On the 5th day of the 7th month of the 3rd year of Kyōwa (1803), the year of the Boar, by means of the standard appointment document (nami no okitte-fu), she was summoned into service as an attendant lady-in-waiting (o-tsuki o-tsugi jochū) to the newborn princess (go-shussei-sama). On the 2nd day of the 8th month of the same year, she appeared at the castle, and on the 8th day of the same month, she was ordered to have an audience with Lady Teishō.
One item: In the 9th month of the same year, Lord Kinbun was born, and from that very night she entered into service.
One item: In the same month, as a congratulatory gift for the Seventh Night celebration (o-shichiya), she received a sum of two hundred hiki (in lieu of celebratory fish) from Lady Teishō, and a similar gift (in lieu of celebratory fish) was also bestowed by Lady Juhō.
One item: In the 3rd month of the 1st year of Bunka (1804), the year of the Rat, at the time of the Shrine Visit (o-miyamairi), she served in attendance at the Toyooka Shrine visit, and for this celebratory occasion received a gift of fish money (the record appears to continue on the following page).
