現代語訳
金二百疋を下し置かれた件。
一、同年（文化元年・1804）八月、欽文様より御召古御品（お召し古しの品物）を下し置かれた件。
但し、この後は年々頂戴仕った件。
一、同年十二月、御人少にして勤労致したことにより、御用内をもって金壱両を下し置かれた件。
一、同月、御歳暮の御祝儀として綿壱把を下し置かれた件。
但し、この後は年々同様に下し置かれた件。
一、同二丑年（文化二年・1805）正月、御仕立て致したことにより、御針代として金百疋を下し置かれた件。

一、同年五月、御人少にして勤労致したことにより、御用（の御取り計らい）をもって恭定様の御着城の折、御目見を仰せ付けられた件。

One item: In the 12th month of the same year, owing to her diligent service during a period of reduced staffing, she was granted one ryō in gold through an internal discretionary stipend (goyō-nai).
One item: In the same month, as a year-end congratulatory gift (o-seibo), she was given one bundle of cotton wadding.

One item: In the 1st month of the following year of the Ox (Bunka 2, 1805), having performed sewing duties (o-shitate), she was granted one hundred hiki in gold as a sewing fee (o-hari-dai).

One item: In the 5th month of the same year, owing to her diligent service during a period of reduced staffing, she was ordered to have an audience (o-mie) upon the occasion of Lord Kyōjō's arrival at the castle, by means of an internal discretionary arrangement (o-yō).
One item: In the 7th month of the same year, at the time of Lord Kyōjō's passing, she served in attendance at the worship at the temporary mortuary (o-kariya o-hai), as well as at the funeral procession (o-sōsō o-mi-...) (the record continues on the following page).
