一、同年十一月、病気のため暇の願いを申し上げたところ、願いの通りに仰せ付けられ、数年にわたり精を出して勤め上げたことにより、御褒美として金一両を下し置かれた件。
一、文政五午年（1822）正月、御証初（新年の儀式）のため罷り上がったところ、欽文様が御不例（ご病気）にあそばされており、深いお心遣いをもって、御病中にもかかわらず御座勤めを仰せ付けられ、昼夜引き続き御側にお附き添いし、御看病申し上げ、度々懇切なる御意を賜った件。
一、同年二月、欽文様が御逝去あそばされたため、同三月、御送葬の節に御見送りを仰せ付けられ、三ノ丸へ罷り出た件。
一、同年（月は不詳）、御遺物として両領（原文のまま）一反を下し置かれた件。

One item: In the eleventh month of the same year, a request for leave of absence was submitted due to illness, and the request was granted as submitted. In recognition of many years of diligent service, a reward of one ryō in gold was bestowed.
One item: In the first month of Bunsei 5, the year of the Horse (1822), upon attending the New Year's ceremonial gathering (Oshōzome), it was found that Lord Kinbun was unwell (御不例). Nevertheless, out of deep consideration, attendance and service at the御座 (lord's sitting chamber) was ordered even during his illness. The retainer attended day and night without interruption at the lord's side, providing nursing care, and received repeated expressions of warm personal regard from the lord.
One item: In the second month of the same year, upon Lord Kinbun's passing, in the third month, during the funeral procession, the retainer was ordered to see off the procession and proceeded to the San-no-Maru (third enclosure of the castle).
One item: In the same year (month unknown), one tan of ryōryō (fabric; transcribed as in the original) was bestowed as a memento from the deceased lord's estate.
