一、同年九月、跡式として御知行百石を相違なく下し置かれ、外様組に付けられることを仰せ付けられ、加須屋五左衛門組に入り、御城御番を相勤めた件。
一、安永三午年（1774）十二月、「庄蔵」と改名いたしたい旨、願いの通り許可された件。

One item: In the ninth month of the same year, the hereditary stipend of one hundred koku was granted without any discrepancy, and the retainer was assigned to the Tozama-gumi (outer retainer unit). He was placed in the unit of Kasuya Gozaemon and performed castle guard duty.
One item: In the twelfth month of An'ei 3, the year of the Horse (1774), the retainer's wish to change his name to "Shōzō" was granted in accordance with his petition.
One item: In the first month of An'ei 9, the year of the Rat (1780), the retainer was appointed as an o-koshō (page/personal attendant to the lord).
