之儀列伍等相揃三ケ年上等の位ニ到等
位相進出精致候ニ付相組一同御酒

現代語訳
一、同十三子年（文化十三年・1816）十二月、三ノ丸教場での稽古において、列伍等が揃い、三ケ年にわたって上等の位に到り、等位が進んだことは出精いたした結果であるとして、相組一同に御酒を下し置かれる旨を仰せ出された件。
一、同十四丑年（文化十四年・1817）二月、頭（組頭）の神保内蔵之助が若年寄に仰せ付けられたことにより、跡の御役加として須屋左近組に移ることとなった件。
一、同年三月、願いの通り礼式方指南手伝を御免なされた件。
一、同年八月、追鳥狩として罷り出て、獲物を仕ったことにより、御場にて御目見を仰せ付けられ、翌日、御城にて獲りたる鳥を拝領した件。
但し、この後もう一度罷り出て獲物を仕り、右同様に拝領した件。
一、同年十月、当追鳥狩の御場が改められ、手始めの折であるところ、列伍・足並み等よく揃い、隊々を連属させ、運用滞りなく行ったことは、かねてより合隊稽古に出精いたした結果であると思し召しになられる旨、相組一同御称美なされた件。

One item: In the twelfth month of the thirteenth year [of Bunka], the year of the Rat (1816), during training at the Sannomaru (third enclosure) drill ground, his formation alignment and related conduct were consistently excellent, and he advanced in rank, having attained the top grade for three consecutive years. Recognizing this as the result of his diligent effort, it was announced that the entire unit would be granted sake (o-sakazuki) by the lord.
One item: In the second month of the fourteenth year [of Bunka], the year of the Ox (1817), as the unit commander (gashira), Jinbo Kurannosuke, was appointed to the post of Junior Councilor (wakadoshiyori), he was consequently reassigned as a supplementary appointment to the unit of Suka Sakon, filling the vacancy left behind.
One item: In the third month of the same year, in accordance with his petition, he was relieved of his duty as assistant instructor of ceremonial etiquette (reishiki-kata shinan tetsudai).
One item: In the eighth month of the same year, having gone out for the bird-hunting exercise (oitori-gari) and made a catch, he was granted an audience with the lord at the hunting ground (o-ba). The following day, at the castle, he received the hunted birds as a gift from the lord.
Note: On one further occasion after this, he again went out, made a catch, and similarly received a gift in the same manner.
One item: In the tenth month of the same year, as the hunting ground for the current bird-hunting exercise had been changed and it was the first time [using the new location], his formation, marching order, and related conduct were well-coordinated, the units were efficiently linked together, and operations proceeded without impediment. It was decreed that this was a reflection of his longstanding diligence in combined unit training (gōtai keiko), and the entire unit received commendation (o-shōbi) from the lord.
