現代語訳
一、同三戌年（享保三年・1718）三月、雪窓院様が江戸表へ御登り遊ばされた砌（みぎり）、立ち帰りの御供を仰せ付けられ、罷り登り、同四月に罷り下った。
但し、御道中の御本陣番を相勤め、罷り登った事。
一、同五子年（享保五年・1720）八月、勤番として江戸表へ罷り登り、同十月に罷り下った事。
一、同六丑年（享保六年・1721）閏七月、中川治兵衛跡屋敷を御振替として下し置かれた事。
一、同九辰年（享保九年・1724）三月、御代官を仰せ付けられ、席は志賀善兵衛の次に成し下された事。
一、同十二未年（享保十二年・1727）正月、上島利兵衛の上屋敷を御振替として下し置かれた事。
一、同十三申年（享保十三年・1728）十一月、当務をよく相勤めたため、五石一人扶持の御加増を下し置かれ、吟味頭を仰せ付けられた事。
一、同十四酉年（享保十四年・1729）十一月、願いの通り御役を御免じなされ、無役を仰せ付けられた事。
英語訳
Item: In the third month of Kyōhō 3 (1718), the Year of the Dog, when Lady Setsusō-in departed for Edo, he was ordered to accompany her on the return journey; he traveled up to Edo and returned in the fourth month of the same year.
Note: During the journey, he served as guard at the main official lodgings (honjin-ban) along the road.
Item: In the eighth month of Kyōhō 5 (1720), the Year of the Rat, he traveled up to Edo as part of the alternate-duty garrison (kinban), and returned in the tenth month of the same year.
Item: In the intercalary seventh month of Kyōhō 6 (1721), the Year of the Ox, the residential plot that had formerly belonged to Nakagawa Jihee was reassigned and granted to him.
Item: In the third month of Kyōhō 9 (1724), the Year of the Dragon, he was appointed as a daikan (magistrate/land administrator), and his seating rank was assigned immediately after that of Shiga Zenbee.
Item: In the first month of Kyōhō 12 (1727), the Year of the Sheep, the upper residence (uwayashiki) that had formerly belonged to Ueshima Rihee was reassigned and granted to him.
Item: In the eleventh month of Kyōhō 13 (1728), the Year of the Monkey, in recognition of his capable service in his current duties, he was granted an increase in stipend of five koku and one person's rations (hitori-fuchi), and was appointed as head of the investigative office (ginmi-gashira).
Item: In the eleventh month of Kyōhō 14 (1729), the Year of the Rooster, his post was relinquished as requested, and he was ordered into a position without official duties (muyaku).
