現代語訳
すなわち、（安積組の業務を）園右衛門の方へ引き渡した事。
一、同年十月、会所において仰せ渡され、宇右衛門の儀、このたび御仕置きを仰せ付けられたため、閉門を仰せ付けられる旨、仰せ渡された事。
一、同年十一月二十三日、閉門を御赦免遊ばされた事。
一、同月、安積組を清水園右衛門の方より受け取り、以前の通り御代官を相勤めた事。
一、同二巳年（元文二年・1737）十月、浅井弥治馬が病気につき、高久組の仮役を仰せ付けられ、極月（十二月）まで相勤めたところ、坂井宇兵衛が御代官に仰せ付けられたため、すなわち宇兵衛の方へ引き渡した事。
一、同四未年（元文四年・1739）三月、御収納方の御取立て並びに地下への教誡をよく仕ったため、御褒美として綿二把を下し置かれた事。
一、同年四月二日、七十一歳にて病死。

Accordingly, (the administration of the Asaka-gumi was) handed over to Sonemon.
Item: In the tenth month of the same year, at the kaisho (assembly hall), it was officially decreed that, as Uemon had been subjected to official punishment (o-shioki) this time, he was notified that he was to be placed under house confinement (heimon).
Item: On the twenty-third day of the eleventh month of the same year, the house confinement was graciously pardoned.
Item: In the same month, (the administration of) the Asaka-gumi was received back from Shimizu Sonemon, and he resumed his duties as daikan as before.
Item: In the tenth month of Genbun 2 (1737), the Year of the Snake, as Asai Yajiuma had fallen ill, he was appointed as acting official (kari-yaku) for the Takaku-gumi, and served in this capacity until the twelfth month, at which point Sakai Uhee was appointed as daikan, and he accordingly handed over his duties to Uhee.
Item: In the third month of Genbun 4 (1739), the Year of the Goat, in recognition of his capable service in collecting revenues (o-shūnō-kata) and in instructing and admonishing the local populace (jige), he was granted two bundles of cotton (wata) as a reward.
Item: On the second day of the fourth month of the same year, he died of illness at the age of seventy-one.
