現代語訳
但し、御道中において御人数が多く減らされた中にあっても、精を出して不参なく相勤めた段を仰せ出された。
一、同十二申年（1800）十二月、飯田九十郎の二男・金吾を婿養子にいたしたい旨を願いに任せられた。
一、享和元酉年（1801）四月、御迎えのため立ち帰り、罷り登り、御供仕り、罷り下った。
但し、御道中において御人数が多く減らされた中にあっても、精を出して相勤めた段を仰せ出された。
一、同年五月、御目付を仰せ付けられた。
一、同年六月、公事奉行加勤を仰せ付けられ、同八月まで相勤めた。
一、同月、御役料三十石を下し置かれた。
一、文化元子年（1804）六月の御下向以来、仲間において御人数が少なく繁多の中にあって、御在国中ずっと精を出して相勤めたにつき、御褒美として綿二把を下し置かれた。

Item: In the twelfth month of Kansei 12, Year of the Monkey (1800), his request to take Kingo, the second son of Iida Kyūjūrō, as a son-in-law and adoptive heir (muko-yōshi) was approved.
Item: In the fourth month of Kyōwa 1, Year of the Rooster (1801), he returned (to his domain) and traveled up to Edo to serve as an escort for the lord's return procession, accompanied the lord, and returned (to his domain).

Item: In the fifth month of the same year, he was appointed to the position of o-metsuke (inspector/censor).
Item: In the sixth month of the same year, he was additionally appointed to serve as kōji-bugyō (magistrate of public affairs/lawsuits), and served in that capacity until the eighth month of the same year.
Item: In the same month, he was granted an office stipend (yakuryō) of thirty koku.
Item: Since the lord's journey down from Edo (go-gekō) in the sixth month of Bunka 1, Year of the Rat (1804), as there had been a shortage of staff among his colleagues and matters had been numerous and demanding, he had continued to serve diligently throughout the lord's residence in the domain; and for this, he was granted two bundles of cotton as a reward.
