権現様が御座遊ばされた節、御城の御普請があり、道義様が右の御用を御勤め遊ばされたことに付き、将監も御用を相勤めた。これに付き、権現様より時服を下し置かれた事。
一、元和四午年（月不詳）、願いの通り隠居を仰せ付けられた事。
一、病死の年月不詳。法名：玉峰院殿点珠浄信居士。葬所：高遠・上伊那郡仏光山香蓮寺。

At the time when the Gongen-sama [Tokugawa Ieyasu] was in residence, there was construction work on the castle, and since Dōgi-sama performed service for this purpose, Shōgen also rendered his service accordingly. For this, he was granted seasonal robes [jifuku] from Gongen-sama.
